MASH (by Ian Waters) is a wonderful tool for creating complex animations of basically the same objects. In this laid back tutorial which I did on a lazy Sunday afternoon I give you an introduction to MASH Flight, a node which creates flocking and swarming behaviour. "Flight" has lots of parameters which we don't cover here. However, we create an "Attractor", attach it to a curve in order to make it circle around the center of the scene. I guarantee that the 300 cones find eht attractor highly attractive ;-) Enjoy!
