Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula is a stunning coastal region decorated with tropical beaches with white coral sand beaches and turquoise waters, spectacular wildlife like iguanas, pelicans and pink flamingos, Ancient Mayan ruins like Chichen Itza and Coba as well as small villages and outdoor activities such as the stunning cenotes, scattered across the entire territory. 🇲🇽 I spent 2 weeks in this place travelling solo. I rented a car and basically wandered across the peninsula, meeting local people and trying to understand their culture and way of living.
