In this video, I cover the process from start to finish. I will show you how to strip down the TX16s, install your new faceplate, and add all of the CNC parts available in the kit. SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS 1) Follow appropriate anti-static procedures before working inside the radio. Touch a metal surface, wear a grounding strap. i.e. Take whatever precautions you deem necessary. 2) Use a cotton towel, not a microfiber to avoid build-up of static electricity. 3) Be very careful prying the video ribbon cables up.
